When it comes to customer service, that “WOW! Experience” is what gets customers coming back through your door again and again. It also makes for some great word-of-mouth marketing. So how do you know if your shop is delivering that “WOW! Experience?”
Here are some tell-tale signs:
- You’ll hear your customers saying things like, “Wow! This the best service I’ve ever received at a shop!,” “I’m going to tell all my friends about the great service you provide!,” “I love bringing my car here!”
- They won’t complain about the prices you charge because the services you provide are invaluable.
- They’ll let you know they’ll recommend you to their family, friends, and business associates…and they’ll do it (quite often, too)!
- You’ll recieve compliments about how clean your shop, waiting room and bathrooms look.
- Your customers will greet you with a smile and a friendly “hello” when they see you outside of your shop. They may even go out of their way to introduce you to anyone they are with at the moment!
- You’ll recieve lots of positive on-line reviews and recommendations from all your raving, happy fans.
