Motorhead Advantage LLC (“Motorhead Advantage,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you provide when visiting, purchasing from, enrolling in, or using Motorhead Advantage Academy.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we may collect, how we use it, when it may be shared, and the choices available to you.

Motorhead Advantage Academy is operated by Motorhead Advantage LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company.

LearnWorlds confirms that its platform can process course enrollment, progress, completion, assessment responses and scores, and other identifiable learning activity on behalf of a school administrator.

When you visit or use Motorhead Advantage Academy, certain technical information may be collected automatically.

Device and operating-system information

Navigation and usage information

LearnWorlds identifies IP addresses, usage information, cookie data, navigation data and browser information among the information its platform may process for end users.

When you purchase a Motorhead Advantage Academy course, payment information may be processed by the payment processor or other third-party services used to complete the transaction.

Motorhead Advantage does not need to receive or store your complete credit or debit card number when payment is processed directly by the applicable payment provider.

We may retain transaction-related information necessary for accounting, customer service, refunds, tax compliance, and business records.

Motorhead Advantage may use personal information to:

Create and manage your Academy account
Process course purchases and enrollments

Where required by applicable law, promotional or marketing emails will be sent based on your consent or another appropriate legal basis.

You may unsubscribe from promotional marketing communications using the unsubscribe option provided in those messages.

Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not necessarily prevent us from sending transactional or service-related messages necessary to administer your account, purchases, or courses.

Motorhead Advantage Academy and its service providers may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the website, maintain login sessions, remember preferences, provide functionality, understand usage, and help maintain security.

LearnWorlds provides Academy owners with cookie-management and consent functionality and a customizable Cookies Policy.

7. LearnWorlds and Other Service Providers

Motorhead Advantage Academy is hosted and delivered using the LearnWorlds learning-management platform.

For personal information processed through the Academy on our behalf, Motorhead Advantage LLC acts as the data controller and LearnWorlds acts as a data processor. LearnWorlds processes learner information as necessary to provide the platform and related services to Motorhead Advantage.

We may also use other third-party service providers to perform functions such as:

Payment processing
Email delivery
Website and course hosting
Analytics
Technical support
Security and fraud prevention
Business administration

These providers may receive or process information only as appropriate to provide their services or as otherwise permitted by applicable law.

Some third-party integrations may operate under their own privacy policies and terms.

8. We Do Not Sell Personal Information

Motorhead Advantage does not sell learner personal information.

We do not provide learner personal information to third parties in exchange for money.

We may share information with service providers that perform functions necessary to operate Motorhead Advantage Academy, process transactions, deliver training, communicate with learners, maintain security, or otherwise support our business as described in this Privacy Policy.

LearnWorlds likewise states that it does not sell or rent end-user personal data and processes learner data to provide services to the school administrator.

9. When Information May Be Disclosed

In addition to service providers described above, we may disclose information when reasonably necessary to:

Comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request
Protect the rights, property, intellectual property, or safety of Motorhead Advantage, our learners, or others
Investigate fraud, security concerns, unauthorized account sharing, or violations of our Terms & Conditions
Enforce agreements and policies
Respond to an emergency involving safety or security
Complete a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of business assets, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law

We do not disclose personal information merely because a third party requests it.

10. Data Security

Motorhead Advantage takes reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the information we handle to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

We also rely on service providers, including LearnWorlds, to maintain security measures for information processed through their systems. LearnWorlds’ Data Processing Agreement requires technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature and risks of the personal information it processes.

No internet-based service or electronic-storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including providing course access, maintaining learner and transaction records, complying with legal and accounting requirements, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and maintaining appropriate business records.

Different types of information may be retained for different periods.

Expiration of your 180-day course-access period does not necessarily result in immediate deletion of your Academy account, transaction records, course-progress information, or other records that Motorhead Advantage has a legitimate or legal reason to retain.

When information is no longer reasonably required, we may delete, anonymize, or otherwise dispose of it in accordance with applicable requirements.

12. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending upon where you live and applicable law, you may have rights regarding your personal information, which may include the right to:

Request access to personal information we maintain about you
Request correction of inaccurate information
Request deletion of certain personal information
Withdraw certain consents
Object to or restrict certain processing
Obtain certain information in a portable format
Opt out of certain marketing communications

These rights are not absolute and may be subject to legal exceptions or record-retention requirements.

LearnWorlds provides privacy-management functionality that can support data-access and deletion requests, marketing choices, email-notification preferences, and cookie consent when those features are enabled by the school administrator.

13. Children’s Privacy

Motorhead Advantage Academy is designed for business owners, managers, employees, and other professionals and is not directed to children under 13 years of age.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through Motorhead Advantage Academy.

If we learn that information from a child under 13 has been collected through the Academy without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

14. International Users

Motorhead Advantage LLC is based in the United States, and Motorhead Advantage Academy is operated from the United States.

If you access the Academy from outside the United States, your information may be processed or stored in the United States or other countries in which our service providers operate.

Where applicable data-protection law requires safeguards for international transfers, our service providers may use legally recognized transfer mechanisms. LearnWorlds’ current Data Processing Agreement addresses international transfers, including applicable contractual safeguards for data subject to European and UK data-protection requirements.

Motorhead Advantage Academy courses may contain links to third-party websites, tools, articles, products, services, or other resources.

Motorhead Advantage is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites or services. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing personal information.

16. Changes to This Privacy Policy

Motorhead Advantage may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our Academy, technology, service providers, business practices, or applicable requirements.

The current version will be posted through Motorhead Advantage Academy and will display its effective date.

If we make material changes, we may provide additional notice when appropriate or required by law.
