Effective Date: September 24, 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase, enrollment in, access to, and use of courses, training programs, materials, and resources offered through Motorhead Advantage Academy, operated by Motorhead Advantage LLC(“Motorhead Advantage,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By purchasing, enrolling in, accessing, or participating in a Motorhead Advantage Academy course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Unless a course or purchase option specifically states otherwise, each Motorhead Advantage Academy course enrollment is licensed for use by one individual only.
Your enrollment and login credentials may not be shared with another person. You may not permit employees, coworkers, business partners, family members, or any other individual to access a course using your account.
Each person who wishes to participate in Motorhead Advantage Academy training must have his or her own enrollment unless a separate team, group, or business license has been purchased.
Motorhead Advantage reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if we reasonably determine that login credentials, course access, or course materials are being shared with unauthorized individuals.
Unless otherwise stated on the individual course purchase page, enrollment provides 180 days of access beginning on the date of enrollment.
At the end of the applicable access period, access to the online course and its associated materials will expire.
Learners are responsible for completing the course and downloading any materials specifically made available for download before their access period expires.
Motorhead Advantage may, at its discretion, extend a learner’s access period because of illness, family emergency, technical problems, or other extenuating circumstances. Extensions are not guaranteed and do not modify the standard access period for other learners.
Motorhead Advantage Academy provides immediate access to digital training following enrollment. Because learners receive immediate access to course content, all course purchases are generally final, subject to the limited refund provision below.
A learner may request a refund only when both of the following conditions are met:
Course progress will be determined using the learner-progress information recorded by the Motorhead Advantage Academy learning platform.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to alazo@motorheadadvantage.com within the three-day period.
Refund requests submitted after three calendar days or after course progress exceeds 20% are not eligible for a refund.
If a refund is approved, the learner’s access to the course and associated online materials will be terminated.
Any different refund terms applicable to a special promotion, bundle, group enrollment, or other special offering will be disclosed at the time of purchase.
All Motorhead Advantage Academy courses and training materials are protected by applicable copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Unless otherwise indicated, Motorhead Advantage owns or has permission to use all course content, including:
Purchasing or enrolling in a course gives the learner a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the course and its materials in accordance with these Terms.
Purchasing a course does not transfer ownership of the course content or intellectual property to the learner.
Downloadable worksheets, checklists, templates, and other resources may be used by the enrolled learner for his or her own education and, where applicable, within the learner’s own business.
Course materials may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, distributed, sold, licensed, sublicensed, shared with other businesses or individuals, or incorporated into another training course, program, presentation, publication, website, or commercial product without prior written permission from Motorhead Advantage.
Course videos, presentations, and online learning activities may not be recorded, screen-recorded, copied, downloaded unless a download option is specifically provided, or redistributed.
Nothing in these Terms prevents an enrolled learner from using the knowledge and skills learned through the course in his or her own business.
Learners are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their usernames, passwords, and other login credentials.
If you believe another person has obtained or used your account credentials, you should notify Motorhead Advantage promptly at alazo@motorheadadvantage.com.
Attempts to circumvent account restrictions, share credentials, provide unauthorized access to another person, or otherwise defeat the Academy’s individual-user licensing requirements may result in suspension or termination of course access.
Motorhead Advantage works to keep its training practical, useful, and relevant to independent auto repair businesses.
We may periodically revise, update, add, remove, or replace lessons, examples, exercises, assessments, resources, links, or other course materials.
Learners will have access to the course materials available during their enrollment period. Motorhead Advantage does not guarantee that a particular lesson, resource, feature, instructor, example, or course component will remain unchanged throughout the access period.
We may also discontinue a course when necessary. If a course is discontinued while a learner still has a valid paid access period, Motorhead Advantage will make reasonable efforts to provide appropriate continued access, replacement content, or another reasonable remedy.
Motorhead Advantage Academy courses are provided for educational and informational purposes.
Our training is designed to provide practical ideas, strategies, tools, and resources that independent auto repair shop owners and their teams can consider and apply within their businesses.

Learners are responsible for maintaining suitable internet access, devices, software, and other technology necessary to access the Academy.
Although we make reasonable efforts to maintain reliable course availability, uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed.
Temporary outages, maintenance, platform updates, internet interruptions, third-party service disruptions, or circumstances outside Motorhead Advantage’s reasonable control may temporarily affect course availability.
If a significant technical problem within Motorhead Advantage’s or its platform provider’s control materially prevents a learner from accessing a course for an extended period, Motorhead Advantage may extend the learner’s access period as appropriate.
Learners may not use Motorhead Advantage Academy to engage in unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, disruptive, or harmful activity.
Motorhead Advantage may suspend or terminate an account for conduct including:
Termination resulting from a material violation of these Terms does not entitle the learner to a refund.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Motorhead Advantage LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, instructors, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in or use of Motorhead Advantage Academy courses or materials.
Learners remain responsible for their own business decisions and for determining how and whether to implement information presented through the Academy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Motorhead Advantage LLC’s total liability arising out of a particular course purchase will not exceed the amount actually paid by the learner for that course.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Information collected through Motorhead Advantage Academy is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Academy and its service providers may collect information necessary to create and maintain learner accounts, process purchases, deliver training, provide technical support, measure learner progress, and administer the Academy.
