5th Gear Internet Marketing and Consulting – What’s Included?

  • An Initial 45-Minute Phone Consultation – For us to learn about you, your shop, and your goals.
  • A Schedule Detailing the Motorhead Advantage Internet Marketing Activities.
  • Once-a-Month Teleconference Calls – These half-hour conference calls help us know what is going on in your shop and your local community. Are you doing any special fundraising for a local non-profit? Have you recently hired someone? Are you or is someone in your shop receiving a certification or an award? During these calls we’ll talk about how the internet marketing strategies are performing and discuss ideas to increase interaction with members of your on-line community.
  • Social Media Posting – Once every weekday, we’ll post meaningful and fun content to your preferred social media sites to generate interaction with and sharing among your on-line community.  All posts will be coordinated and scheduled for up to five (5) social media sites using a Hootsuite account. (Note: This does not include the initial development of pages and/or profiles on social media sites. Please contact us for a quote on this service.)
  • Blog Posting – We will draft and post article content to your shop’s blog two (2) times per month. Articles will be a minimum of 300 words, and like the social media posts, will include relevant content – e.g. news about shop happenings, upcoming events, new developments in the automotive industry, and seasonal car care tips.  All content will be reviewed and approved by you prior to posting. Don’t have a blog? We can create one for you. Just ask for our pricing.
  • Social Media Interaction – We will monitor your social media sites and respond when appropriate.  In the event a response is needed that requires your attention, we’ll inform you and help you address the matter.
  • Google Alerts – Utilizing Google Alerts, we will monitor your shop for instances where you are mentioned on the web.  In the case of positive mentions (e.g. a positive quote in a local media source, the printing of a press release, etc.), we’ll highlight those on your social media sites.  In the case of negative reviews, we will contact you immediately to implement a plan to deal with the review in an appropriate manner.
  • Reporting – Every marketing campaign must be measured for performance.  Once a month you’ll receive a progress report on your shop’s internet marketing activities.
