Each WOW! Experience™ training program is administered through a self-serve, web-based training portal. When you sign yourself, a manager or an employee up for a specific training program, we’ll send you a link to the program along with an individual username and password for each person. Training is done individually so if you want to train more than one employee each will receive his or her own log-in information. Once each employee successfully completes their WOW! Experience™ training program, they will receive a Certificate of Completion. The skills you and they learned are then reinforced each month with our on-line coaching component. It’s simple, yet effective and helps you deliver consistent and exceptional service to your customers.
